Check in & out was easy. My main complaint was the noise. Walls are paper-thin & we heard the people next door very clearly. They left around 4am so that woke me up. The hotel was less than 5% full so why not put everyone a few doors apart. Lots of road noise too. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate. Grab bars in the shower would have been nice. Breakfast was fine & well stocked. My husband loved the pancake making machine. We'll stay elsewhere next time we're in Watertown.

The property is well situated, but is in utter disrepair. The hallways are not well ventilated or heated, and they smell very damp and disgusting. The rooms are also not well ventilated or heated/cooled. The lighting is terrible. It took over 30 mins to check-in because there is only one employee at the property and she was doing laundry when we arrived. So, we had to wait after a long day of driving in the lobby for the host/cleaning lady to greet us. That's not her fault. That's the fault of a greedy owner. The breakfast is the worst. The bed was ok.

Needs to be properly renovated and managed!

Requested a quiet room. Was not told that all king size beds were on the busy highway side of the hotel. Felt like we were sleeping on the highway! They’ve tried to partially renovate this old hotel. Pin holes in the drapes. This was pointed out on a previous stay. I think these were the original drapes for the hotel. Old dilapidated chair in the room. Main elevator was out of service. Breakfast room had sticky syrup or orange juice on the floor. Was told that they couldn’t remove it until the breakfast room was closed. It would have taken 2-min. to remove the mess. After my complaint, they put up a wet floor sign! lol. My husband nearly slid into the sticky mess.

Checking in and checking out was uneventful, no issues, rooms are extremely clean, breakfast was in fact a disaster! We would definitely stay there again, and we have recommended it to many, we have actually stayed there in the past, hopefully, we never have to deal with the gentleman from the back kitchen!

Hotel Needs a refresh of good quality tradesman. Rooms look updated but they are done poorly. Heat wasn’t working in room, drain in shower not draining. Smallest in room fridge. Behind chair floor and wall filthy.
